Our 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We want you to have ample time to ensure your new gear is the perfect fit for your next outing.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, adventure-ready condition. This means it must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with all original tags attached.

  • Free from any signs of wear, stains, or damage.

Return Scenarios & Shipping Costs

We handle returns based on two simple scenarios:

1. If the Mistake Was Ours: This includes any item that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the correct item you ordered.

  • Return Shipping: We cover 100% of the cost. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided to you.

  • Your Choice: You can choose either a full refund or a free replacement.

2. If You Changed Your Mind: This includes returns for sizing issues or if the style wasn’t quite what you expected.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

  • Your Refund: You will receive a full refund for the product’s purchase price.

The Return Process: A Clear Path

  1. Start Your Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. For damaged items, please include photos.

  2. Get Your Instructions: Our team will review your request and reply within 1-2 business days with clear instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely and send it on its way.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

What Cannot Be Returned

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift Cards.

  • Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”

Regarding Exchanges

The simplest way to get a different size or item is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation. After that, your order is already on its journey through our fulfillment process and cannot be stopped.

Restocking Fee

We believe in transparency. We do not charge any restocking fees.
