From Our Warehouse to Your Door: The Delivery Timeline

Your total delivery timeframe is a combination of our processing time and the carrier’s shipping time.

Total Estimated Arrival Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Order Processing (2-4 Business Days):

    • This is the time our team needs to carefully prepare and pack your apparel for its journey. Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

    • Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (PT). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Shipping (5-7 Business Days):

    • Once your order is packed, it is handed off to one of our trusted shipping partners. The estimated time for them to deliver the package is 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday).

Therefore, you can expect your new gear to arrive within a total of 7 to 11 business days.

Shipping Costs

We keep our rates straightforward so you can focus on planning your adventures.

  • A standard shipping fee of $7.99 is applied to all orders with a total value under $199.

  • We are happy to provide complimentary free shipping on all orders with a total value of $199 or more.

Our Shipping Partners & Order Tracking

To ensure flexible and efficient delivery across the US, we partner with leading carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We will select the optimal carrier for your specific delivery address.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that allows you to follow your package’s progress.

Important Regulations

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Shipping Area: We ship exclusively to valid street addresses within the United States.

  • Restrictions: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Support & Issue Resolution

  • Damaged or Lost Items: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please include your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the issue. We are committed to providing a resolution within 5-7 business days.

  • Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items: In the rare event of a significant delay or an item being out of stock, we will contact you immediately via email to provide solutions.

Taxes & Fees

  • Sales Tax: As required by law, sales tax will be automatically calculated based on your shipping address. The final tax amount will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your payment.

  • Handling Charges: We do not charge any extra handling fees.
